Midnight Howl

I recently got an email from a visitor to my converter box website that has told me that the Dish Network TV converter boxes are horrible. He purchased the DTVPal Plus after hearing amazing this about it.  He to had heard that it was the best converter box money could buy and was very excited when he got it. 

Unfortunately when he got home he hooked it up and within 20 minutes it was freezing up constantly and needing to be reset.  He of course called Dish Network about it and the said they couldn’t help him without an account number.  He didn’t have an account number because he isn’t a Dish Network customer.  Anyway, he said he has talked to them 18 times over a month and still hasn’t got his broken converter box replaced.
