How To Be Fit And Healthy

Staying fit is a challenge for many of us. This is probably due to the nowadays way of feeding ourselves, which is not the healthiest of all. Why then, do we wonder that weight loss programs don’t have the expected effect, and that we get even fatter each time we end such a program?
Actually, maintaining a steady body weight is easy if we follow several nutritional rules and change our habits for good. First of all, we need to stop eating at midnight. If we fill our stomach just before going to bed, we are forcing our digestive system to consume a lot of energy instead of having a rest over night. This results in an agitated sleep, snoring and bad dreams. Second, we have to learn that there are foods which need to be eaten separately, because they have various digestion times. For example, if we eat meat and then we eat fruits, we make a mistake: the meat takes longer to digest, therefore the fruits have to wait too much in the stomach, making us feel bloated. In the third place, we have to remember to exercise at least for 5-10 minutes a day.All these can help us staying fit without going on severe diets or exhausting workouts.
