If you workout it highly likely that you found a gym that you are comfortable in and that you pump the weights and look in the mirror and of course stare at the women or men around the facility.  I used to be the same way and I did enjoy my time there but it never failed that something would disturb my workout.  Not to mention the workouts with the heavy weights were my thing and I found myself being sore in my joints and that I kept injuring myself one way or another.

I did some research and found that I needed to focus on body weight workout and I came across a great fat loss workout program that I just couldn’t pass up!  It was P90X and I still remember the first workout that I did actually almost made me puke.  I had to do a series of push ups and pull ups and I remember laughing at myself because it was SO difficult.  I had never been able to do many pull ups or the like but P90X changed all of that.  It was a fat loss workout program unlike any other I had used before.
