If you ever visit the UK then Cornwall is well worth traveling to. Cornwall is known for its rugged coastline, stunning views and authentic seaside towns. Cornwall also has a warmer climate than the rest of the UK due it being directly in the path of the Gulf Stream carrying warmer waters from South America. There are lots of different types of accommodation available in Cornwall, but one of the most charming, and cost effective ways to stay is in a holiday cottage. These cottages are often converted from older buildings, such as mill houses, or even old chapels and there is a wide range of character properties to choose from. Staying in a holiday cottage in Cornwall is also cost effective if there are a number of you, either a family or a group of friends, the reason being most can sleep up to six people, and they offer great self catering facilities. These are great places to stay, suitable for all age ranges and offer an interesting base from which to explore the rest of Cornwall.
